I would like to thank you for giving me this second opportunity. Too let you know I am looking forward to becoming your compliance officer for Jacobson School district.
It was brought to my attention several issues posted, by staff members of lack of communication and team effort at the Jacobson Elementary School Language Department and here are some of ideas that may enhance our working environment for the program.
We will start by sending memos to all staff which include teachers, aides and volunteers this is a mandatory meeting any one not present will be given a warning and possible termination, only family emergency will be excused. These meeting are very important for our future success.
Meeting will consist of improving staff communication, discussing different ways of accomplishing team work which will consist of having bi-weekly meetings, to start. We will provide training in all areas of team building and healthy communication, to better suite their teachings in the classroom. All ideas and suggestions will be heard and discussed.
I will be asking for all negative action and comments to cease.
I am sure by working fairly and honestly together we can accomplish this, I am looking forward to working with you as a team. I will need your full co-operation
We will identify through grade averages in each class room, from which we will assign staff with higher qualified instructor to the lower grade levels and if needed more aides will be assigned.
Second, teacher must have yearly training to keep up with the advancing education also there will be weekly visits to classrooms to see how the class is being conducted and learning styles of student being meet. And at this time all issues will be brought to my attention.
At bi-weekly meetings we will discus items that are/or not working or any adjustment to be changed.
