Ballard Integrate Managed Services, Inc. (BIMS) is in need to find the reasoning behind the increased rate of employee turnover. The issue has caused concern with upper management and would like to know how to deal with this issue at hand. With this final report to the upper management of BIMS, Team C will provide analysis of the date and will provide recommendations on how to reduce the employee turnover amount.

The first step in the analyses process was to retrieve data from a survey. The company has decided to conduct a survey to the employees through their payroll checks. The company received 78 responses out of 452 that equates to a 17.3% response rate. This information provided to be promising from the perspective that the data was narrowing down to the core issues within BIMS. However it just was not relevant enough for management to determine an effective course of action or forecasting.

Ballard Integrated Managed Services decided to do another survey this time a survey that will target employees who leave the company. The company’s concern was to get a better handle on why the employees chose to leave. A survey conducted for outgoing employees would give better insight compared to that of current employees. This survey would provide answers to why the turnover is so high. The new survey is similar to the first survey with minor changes. The survey was approved by a senior management team that made recommendations on the wording of the survey and adding items. The survey has been analyzed and interpreted to predict and prevent future employee resignations.

The questions to the revised survey were:

 You are well trained for your work.

 The company provided the needed training.

 You were fairly paid for the work you did.

 You were given as many hours that you desired.

 Your supervisor treated your fairly.

 You Manager treated your division fairly.

 The company is good at communicating.

 Your job was secure.
