Introduction
As international business relations continue to grow between different countries and cultures there is an increase in business discussions among these people. Working with these different groups has created some momentous challenges for international managers who are unfamiliar with these areas. The different countries and cultures have created many difficult challenges in the conducting of international human resource management. There is a very important difference in the cultural characteristics of the country and its multinational enterprises. Many times, the lack of understanding and compassion from the business people can cause a clash or even worsen the situation they are trying to create. This can cause a lot of frequent mistakes both in business and personal interactions. A lot of misinterpretation can take place when companies assume that their own way of doing things is the best way to conduct a business. With these disagreements and bad decision can push away the foreign counterparts or the people that they are trying to interact with from these foreign countries.
Intercultural Communication Theories
Cross-cultural communications is the intercultural communication between different cultures. In increasing international communications some of the areas that need to be looking into would be globalizing forces of economic mixing, going to places of interest, and relocation. This type of communication can be very complex for a number of reasons. The first reason would be the social stereotyping which creates a difficult community margin when communicating. Next it would have to be the difficulty of the culture. And when this is approached from a point of view of your own culture this can be a social sensitive subject to people.
