Research Process Paper: Real Estate

This paper establishes a model to when deciding to purchase a home. Our research will predict the outcome for the homeowners when certain variables are taken into consideration, such as square footage and distance from the city. This paper will then create a hypothesis, propose a way to prove the hypothesis using social science work done in previous studies, and then examine the outcome. Based on our research, we will examine what additional evidence might be collected in new quantitative studies that may challenge the hypothesis.

Our purpose will be to aid home buyers who are looking to purchase the right home by researching the connection between the selling price and what the family needs are. Many variables are connected with the decision making process of purchasing a home such as the distance from the center of the city, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, selling price, and what school districts are within townships. These are a few of the essential variables of importance that have been noticed in past home buying experiences. Indeed having detailed information of variables will help the new home buyer make smart decisions.

We have all seen the countless mistakes individuals have made from not properly researching and planning for the greatest financial goal of their lifetime. Without some form of direction, a person may hurt or hinder themselves without learning the proper knowledge of the financial process. We have researched a plan that would help prevent some of the mistakes an overwhelming new home buyer may experience with purchasing a home such as paying too much for not enough square footage, wanting more variables in a home which may not be affordable, or not having a good resale value due to inadequate school districts within their township.
