Statement of Work—Project Description andProject Product | The project’s purpose is to open a small fast food restaurant which will specialize in hickory smoked meats with all home cooked sides. Due to the lack thereof such a bbq restaurant in Pearland and surrounding area, it will fill a void and succeed in attracting customers who seek high quality BBQ.We intend to bring the project into fruition by acquiring a small building near a master planned community in Pearland, Texas. The building will be converted into a restaurant complete with an inviting dining area for the customers to enjoy. The restaurant will provide hickory smoked meats and home cooked sides.The milestones of the project include:• Research Phase: 10/1/2012 – 9/1/2013• Building Phase: 10/1/2013 – 12/1/2013• Renovation: 12/1/2014 – 3/1/2014• Marketing and Secure Permits: 3/1/2014 - 6/1/2014 Continued Marketing and Grand Opening: 6/1/2014 – 9/1/2014 |

Training will begin a week before the grand opening.General working times are as follows:.-Weekdays from 10 am to 10 pm Sunday-Thursday and 10 am to 3am Friday to Saturday-Calculations are based on an 8 hour day and 40 hour week-Each employee (resource) will only work up to a maximum of 8 hours per day. |
