Decisions in Paradise Part 1

The organizations new foothold in Kava is going to be a difficult one to begin, but once settled and stabilized has the potential to be a very long lasting and strong one. Kava appears to be a very unstable situation to begin new business in for any organization, and it will prove a great challenge indeed, but with a lot of hard work anything can be accomplished with the proper plans. The possibilities are endless, but the risks in Kava are substantial and will require much planning to guarantee success.

The issues within the country of Kava are great and will require much planning and organizing. The main issues within this country are going to be the weather, the population, and the economy. The first issue, being the weather within the country, is actually a rather large issue. Anytime a new organization tries to establish a foothold within a new area they must always consider the weather as an important factor that will affect business. The wide range of weather in Kava from tidal waves and fires to earthquakes can seriously affect profit margins within an organization. The second issue is the extreme diversity of the population. Being that Kava has over half of the country's population under the age of fifteen the new company must ensure that their product will be something useful to that situation. Not necessarily meaning it is something that young people want, but more to the point of if it is something that is beneficial to that large percentage of the population. My organization is an insurance company, obviously not interesting to fifteen year olds, but can be very appealing to their parents. The culture of the population must always be considered as well. The new organization must be sure to market to everyone within the country, and not limit itself to one specific group. Making sure...
