EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The reason for the legal action threat is the practice of showing commercials at the beginning of each movie showing. In assessing the situation, our team has used a legal analysis and a statistical analysis of the case. Because one of themain concerns in our legal system is producing results that are fair to all partes involved, we have also included a statistical analysis. Our legal analysis shows that Mr. Plex and the consortium of theater owners would not be held liable for fraudulent misrepresentation.
