Potential Software Trainers,

Austin Designs is a designer and importer of ladies handbags and accessories that has been in business for the past 23 years. We are a growing company and recently have opened offices in Houston, Texas and the Los Angeles, California areas. To remain competitive we need our employees to be trained properly on the latest computer software technologies.

Austin Designs is requesting proposals for outside computer training for our staff. We want the trainers to train our staff on the advanced use of Microsoft Office Professional 2010, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.

The employees who will be receiving the training will be from our human resources department, financial department, product designers, and visual merchandisers. Currently our employees know the basics of Microsoft office, but as the company continues to gain accounts and expand to different factories in China our employees need to be more proficient in e-mail, report, database, and presentation creation. The software trainers will be responsible for creating training documentation as well as giving hands on training. To make sure our employees are properly trained a proficiency test will be given at the end of each of the training sessions.

Proposals must be submitted by midnight January 1, 2010 with a list of qualifications, trainers available, and contact information. Proposals submitted after the due date will not be considered.
