Cruz campus (March 6, 2009) their study titled Pagsanjan Academy Enrollment and Record Keeping System was conducted to help the said Pagsanjan Academy its current problems on compiling files instead have a good transaction with their clients using the manual system. The developed system aimed to minimize the work of the staff and secure the school information. The study was focused on the information and payment of tuition and other miscellaneous fees of the students of Pagsanjan Academy. The system was designed to store, update, edit and print data of the students in a computer-based system.

According to Jemar Apanay Ablen, Harry Espiritu Aquino, Jann Yues Aldrich Agato Cajano entitled LSPU-SCC Supply Office Inventory and Record System (September 18, 2012) is an inventory system use for holding the records of the stocks, giving benefits to the staff of the supply office. It will help the administrator to manage records and transaction and an easy to access to the requestors needed. The researchers used the descriptive method of research to determine the effectiveness of the system. In the creation of the system, the proponents followed the different phase, the Analysis Phase, the Design Phase, the Development Phase and the Evaluation Phase.
