The term ‘University’ refers to ‘Coventry University London Campus’ and ‘You’ or ‘Your’ refers to the person who has been offered a conditional or unconditional place to study at Coventry University London Campus for the stated academic year. Enrolling on your offered place of study is also acceptance of the Terms and Conditions below. 1. Unless otherwise stated overleaf, Non-EU Nationals must enrol within 10 days of the start date of your course as indicated on your offer letter to comply with student visa restrictions. The University reserves the right to refuse admission to anybody who arrives later than this date and will inform the UK Border Agency of students failing to enrol. Unless otherwise stated overleaf, EU Nationals must enrol within 2 weeks of the start date of your course as indicated on your offer letter as student visa restrictions do not apply. The University reserves the right to refuse admission to anybody who arrives later than this date. On enrolment you will be expected to agree and abide by University regulations. These are available to view on the Academic Registry pages of the University web site. You will also be required to produce original documentary evidence of prior qualifications and immigration status. The University will endeavour to deliver courses as advertised in the prospectuses, website and by other media. The University can only do this if students enrol in sufficient numbers to make the course viable. In exceptional circumstances, the University reserves the right to alter, reschedule or close courses, which do not remain viable (for instance because students leave the course). Whilst the University makes every effort to ensure that information provided is accurate and up to date, it can accept no responsibility for any errors or omissions at the time of publishing.
