Executive Summary

The restructuring of Worms Inc. provides an excellent opportunity to evaluate the leadership styles being implemented throughout the organization. The Q12 survey revealed Affiliation, Esteem/Achievement and Self-actualization as the primary sources of motivation that are being missed or underutilized in front line workers. Relations between management and workers are not reaching their full potential and we recommend a new approach of behavioral focus and situational leadership styles to restore morale and a sense of positive ownership in the workforce of Worms Inc. Employees will share more responsibility, communication and rewards through this transformation.
