Introduction On-the-job training (OJT) is a method that is conducted on the employee’s work site. This method gives chance to the students to apply their theories and computation that they have learned from school. In addition, training gives the opportunity to experience the true work place that suited on the trainee’s field of specialization. This training is not just an experience, but it also gains the skills and knowledge of the trainee to adapt on the future work. That is why Colleges and Universities require students to undergo such training within a specific number of hours as part of the curriculum.
