Hybrid Technologies (HT) provides mobile computing solutions that perform through a network cloud. Performance through a network cloud allows businesses to offer unlimited remote resources and access to the business’s network and applications to its employees. The implementation of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system will allow HT to identify and target premier customers, manage marketing strategies, and generate substantial sales leads. In addition, a CRM system will provide HT with a centralized platform to retrieve and process customer and vendor activity through the utilization of mobile devices.
