Introduction

In every organization, management and employees contribute for the success and development. They work and help the companies in achieving their goals and targets. There are several organizations present around the world, which are formed for different purposes. The aim and purpose differs from organization to organization. Leaders and managers are responsible for managing and leading the organization. They handle their employees and make them work according to the policies of the organization (Bhattacharya and Wright, 2007). This helps in achieving the desired targets and goals. Every person present in the organization should understand his responsibilities, so that they give in their best performance. People work together having different needs, thoughts, background and they also belong to different casts and religions, having different beliefs and culture. Their abilities and capabilities make them a part of the organization, and together they are supposed to work and achieve particular goals. People are hired on the basis of their abilities, skills and knowledge. The job specifications and descriptions help in finding the right person for the right job (Baird and Meshoulam, 1988).
