GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS (Print on the flip side of the cover page)

Each Assignment group consists of 3-5 members from the same group formed for presentation of tutorial questions. Each Group is required to submit the completed assignment which must be attached to the Cover Page attached below. Each student is responsible to ensure that he/she is a member of a group and he/she must contribute fully and equally towards the completion the assignment. The leader of each group will determine and report the members’ efforts contribution % in the table provided on the cover page which must be signed by each member of the group. If your name or signature is not found on the cover page or if the leader reports zero% contribution from you, no marks will awarded to you. Therefore it is important that you check that your name is included and sign on the cover page.

This assignment tests students on their ability to:

➢ Research and Analyze the company’s Annual Reports(at least five years).

➢ Apply the relevant Financial accounting concepts to the R&A(Asset).

➢ Describe the movement of the company’s stock price in the past five year.

➢ Judge whether current stock price is rational.

➢ Present original observation, ideas and answers in a clear and interesting manner.

➢ Fulfill all the given assignment instructions.

Length : Minimum 3,000 words to Maximum 3,500 words (excluding the cover page and references page and appendices)

References: Please include references to all citations of research materials and sources of information.

Submission Deadline: Latest by Monday, December 30, 2013 at 1.30pm to be handed in by the leader of each group to your lecturer.

Late submissions will not be accepted.

All answers must be original and plagiarism is strictly forbidden. No marks will be awarded for work that is suspected to be plagiarized.
