Education provides opportunities and approaches of obtaining knowledge and skills for human beings. It can also influence their minds and actions. A substantial number of children have no access to attending schools and receiving formal education because of the circumstance of poverty. This situation may affect boosting productivity for these poor areas, thus forming a vicious circle. In this case, poor people may be trapped in the culture of poverty. By educating these people, poverty can be eliminated and they play an essential part in the development of their countries. In this essay, development can be defined as a process of country’s using resources to enrich its residents. It is concerned with economic growth, promoting social conditions, and enhancing the political power system. Education has a significant impact on the development of countries in economy, society and politics. This essay will demonstrate how education affects each of these three respects individually with looking at examples and how these different parts link to the development.

Appropriate education can change the situation of poverty and break the culture of it. For instance, famers who receive basic education can understand, analyze the instructions and make good use of the pesticides and fertilizers (Brown, 2008). For this reason, they know how to mix different kinds of chemicals in a scientific way and apply to the production. Thus, they can increase their productivity not solely be based on empirical knowledge. Farmers may tend to harvest better quality production, increase the quantity of production as well as reduce the threat of the human beings’ health. It ensures sustainable development of environment simultaneously.
