As we all know Massive Sales Inc. has taken on a new direction in the area of sales consulting as well as two new product innovations. It is my plan to lead my team in the desired direction of Massive Sales Inc., and provide a detailed organizational strategy in order to meet the demands of the corporation.
The purpose of this paper is to compose a detailed proposal of how the restructure of the sales department will be designed and implemented to meet the company’s mission and goals. The following is my detailed proposal:
Job Descriptions of Five New Employees
1) Sales Manager First level management position – (One position)
Base Salary: $75,000.00
Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market. Directs and coordinates sales activities including both sale and distribution.
Essential Duties:
1) Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
2) Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team to help with the search for sales leads and prospects.
3) Supervises all employees assigned to his team.
4) Implements and enforces company policies, standards and regulations.
5) Develops and manages department budgets.
6) Reports to the department’s mid-level manager
Qualifications:
- Baccalaureate Degree in a business related field.
- Must have 5-7 years experience in sales management; both in product sales and services.
- Extensive experience in Supplier Relationship Management.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
2) Sales Representatives (Three positions)
Base Salary: $51,500.00...
