I am pleased to submit this report, which has been prepared for the requirement of the course of MBA (internship Program). I prepared this report with pleasure and eagerness since this report enlarged my knowledge about e-commerce impact on supply chain of merchandising company in Bangladesh.

I tried my level best to complete this report properly and to produce a meaningful report within all the constraints. I concentrated on areas that I believed would be the most relevant to make the report coherent as well as practical as possible.
