Executive summary

As we all know that today’s life is so busy, in this tough life a house wife cannot perform all the work alone at home for example to ready her husband for a job, and ready her children for school, to cook breakfast for all of them, other is the main problem that the way of children’s school and father office all are at different place so they need a driver to pick and drop children’s from their school and we know that the house wife cannot do these job her selves. According to these problems we thought that we started a unique business that provides facility to the domestic level. We are starting a firm that will provide servants to perform almost all the task at your home. Nowadays big problem which is faced by almost all the people belonging from upper middle class and elite class is the hiring and retention of trustworthy domestic servants.

Our competitive advantage is that we will give 100% guarantee of servants provided by us, as the domestic people heard many criminal stories about the servants, so how we can trust and give a job at home? In such circumstances the employee will give their bio-data that is properly documented and verify the criminal background by the company regarding each and every employee.
