How Corporate Organizational Culture is Shaped
The global business environment is currently characterized by growing uncertainties and firms globally need to be culturally innovative in order to respond appropriately to the changes and business crises that might arise (Oxford ca.2013). According to Wursten (2012 ), the global socio-cultural environment by nature’s design is culturally heterogeneous and can be segmented into culture cluster in order to understand and effectively manage the intercultural interactions amongst different countries of the world. Dorfman et al. (2002) alluded to the fact that the concept of culture clusters provides useful information required to understand the dynamics of different regional cultures.
