Personal Designer is a fully interactive portal which allows user to purchase business formals and Ethnic Indian wear online as well as in its own exclusive stores. The key differentiation it offers to customers is the unique opportunity of customizing their dresses as per their choice and specification. Targeting the highly lucrative segments of NRI and working professionals in India with mid to high income levels, we are offering them personalized garments allowing them to wear clothes which relate to their individual sense of fashion and design. Considering Indian scenario, due to lack of internet penetration and limited online purchase the online model will be limited in its appeal to NRI customers and Indian customers after initial purchase. Therefore, we will launch stores too in addition to online portal in high street and malls. The first of these stores will be launched alongside the launch of the portal: Managing team has following objectives:     Secure Rs 2.0 crores funding to start operation Generate revenues of the level of Rs 1.5 crores by the second year of our operation Achieve that 70% of the revenues are generated by the website by the year 5. 40,000 hits in year 1 powered by strong online campaign including Social media marketing, SEO and SEM The brand will be positioned as premium but not luxury. Brand will offer personalized and highly stylized clothes individualized to each person’s needs and designs. The website will be developed and maintained by an external agency in close coordination with the management and marketing team.
