DEPRESSION

Most of people at least once face up with depression during their life. But how can we understand if we have a depression mood or not. First of all we need to know what is depression and what are its symptoms. Depression is a mental illness and it affects the people’s thoughts, feelings and behaviors. The symptoms that people have during the stage of depression may be psychological, social and physical. People with depressive mood are characterized by some psychological symptoms that include a list of many negative feelings and thoughts. Most of them feel sad all the time, they feel like they aren’t worth anymore, they have low self-esteem, they haven’t hope for anything, some of them are like crying, they sometimes hate themselves and feel angry all the time, they aren’t tolerant people, these people find impossible to have stability and to enjoy life. The social symptoms are that these people prefer to stay alone, start to leave places that they used to go before, start to leave from friendships, most of them don’t get good grades at school or don’t achieve success at work, in family they usually have problems. The depression is also characterized by some physical symptoms, these people may have problems with concentration, slow their movements, the change the way of eating, have sleep disorders, feel tired and sometimes they pains that cant be explained.
