Significance of the Study

This study aims to contribute to the following:

Administration. To provide a system which will help in processing the grade for an on time submission on reports needed and to help keep avoid unnecessary errors in the process of students grades.

Teachers. To provide a system that is easy management for them, less hassle, automatic computation of grades based on inputted requirement and to create a most secure grading system, in order to keep the student grades safe and secure.

Students. To give an on time progress assessment report of their grades especially for their lacking requirement.

Researchers. To help them design and better understanding of the new system of grades to the new curriculum in the academic world.

Future Researchers. It will serve as their reference for their research activities and will help them to gain knowledge to express their ideas in their chosen study.

Statement of Problems

This study aims to resolve the following identified problems based on the gathered data:

1. Loss of Records

2. Time consuming in computing grades

3. Errors of inputs

4. Inefficient method of computation

Statement of Objectives

This study aims to help the school by creating and designing a specialized system for an easy way in computing the student’s grade through the following:

1. Create a must secure and safety system for the in keeping of records for grades

2. Design an automatic grading system to avoid late submission of reports

3. Design a system which detects errors of records

4. Design a most proficient, accurate, efficient, and effective grading system
