They are arguing because this visas causes jobs loses and damage the engineering profession.

The provision of old-age benefits changed globally when they started doing a benefits audit. They started collecting details regarding current benefits programs and cost, along with bringing transparency around compliance and help clients using purchasing power to negotiate with global insurance carrier. But then they review the local laws of each country and they discovered that company’s retirement’s age of 62 doesn’t match up with a country’s legal retirement age of 65. All this cause some companies to cut back benefits in some countries or cost-shit to employees.
