A - Improving a Worker with a bad attitude:

1. Identified behavior: Anger

John’s job is to write grants and he shares the office with three coworkers. Though he does a fine job, his behavior is not good. Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays the Director of Development proofreads and signs grants letters and gives his feedback to John. Normally, there are some corrections in misspellings or sentences that need to be added. John always reacts in a bad way, with anger, throwing things, or openly telling his coworkers how much he hates his Director.

Nobody can gets a good answer from John in these moments, this behavior is observed every week. This attitude creates an undesirable environment and his coworkers have expressed their concern to the Executive Officer.
