Questions 1 to 5: True or false: Justify your answers with references to acts/articles of law. (1 point right answer, 2 points justification, 1 point article of law)

1. TRUE OR FALSE: All federal services offered in Quebec must provide information in English and in French because they are the official languages of Canada.

2. TRUE OR FALSE: An employer, who needs to hire an English speaking employee, cannot advertise a job position in a newspaper stating that candidates must be perfectly fluent in English.

3. TRUE OR FALSE: A successor has the right to choose only the items he wants to keep in the succession, and refuse the portion he doesn’t wish to keep.

4. TRUE OR FALSE: Children that are conceived but not yet born are not allowed to receive any succession, since a fetus has no legal rights.
