Ethic Code

Policy

It is the policy of our Company to deliver our Code of Ethics and Business Conduct. It will be a guide to appropriate business conduct for all employees. We presume that all employees will observe the utmost standards of ethics in their conduct. This will mean following the basic code of ethical behavior that will include the following.

Build Trust and Credibility

Here at our business, we believe trust and credibility play a big part in our success through our customers, employees, and shareholders. We follow our commitments and display honesty to gain credibility with our employees, shareholders, and customers. Through honorable conduct we as a company will reach our goals.

Open and Honest Communication

At the company we want everyone to speak their mind respectfully. Our managers have an obligation to build an open and helpful environment where everyone feels relaxed to raise any such questions. When everyone at the company feels safe in doing so, we all will benefit from it.

We will look into all and any reported instances. The company will take appropriate action for every instance we find improper behavior. We do not tolerate retribution against employees who raise ethic apprehensions in noble faith.

Respect for the Individual

We work in an environment where everyone is treated with dignity and respect. We are committed to this because out the full potential in each and every one of us. This will in turn, contribute directly to the business success.

We as a company do not abide any type of abusive, offensive or harassing behavior. If any employee feels discriminated against should report the event immediately to the Human Resources Department.

Endorse the Rule

Complying with the rules and regulations will be the beginning of our commitment. Everyone needs to have the understanding of the companies polices, rules and regulations that apply.
