According to the U.S. government, and the U.S. Census Bureau, the U.S. is in millions of dollars worth of debt owed to China. This information is taken from the trade Data Analysis import/export data supplied by the U.S. government. Information was also retrieved from the Foreign Trade data by the U.S. Department of Commerce. According to this documentation, the U.S. is currently indebted to China in an amount over $293million.
