Team Values

In 1998, Kathy Kudler introduced the world to her first upscale specialty shop in San Diego name Kudler Fine Foods (KFF) providing a variety of products. Kathy’s faith inspired her to run a gourmet grocery shop displaying diversity and realistic prices that may flourish with no practice. With values demonstrating moral conduct that detects and rewards good behavior and takes risk creating results (Nickel, McHugh, & McHugh, 2009). This paper will prove that the teams’ values are crucial to expansion of KFF as shown in the data provided by the Williams Institute for Ethics and the Self-Assessment Library.

KFF values

Kathy devotes time, money, and effort into the trade providing her consumers with choices in premium food and wine to arouse culinary dreams. KFF shops include the finest of meats, cheese, produce, and wine containing premium organic ingredients setting the trade a part from others in the industry (University of Phoenix, 2003). The shops provide organic foods from local area markets as often as possible, stocking shelves with fresh perishable products. Kudler’s eliminates waste by donating products approaching expiration to the homeless shelters and soup kitchens to enhance the quality of life for those in need.
