Introduction
Throughout the years, schools in the Philippines have been established for education and learning. One thing that is quite common among schools, may it be private or public is the use of school uniforms. School uniforms are standardized clothes that are worn primarily for an educational institution. Often, they are used in primary and secondary schools. Wearing of such instill discipline among students. Also, it is helpful in identifying one school from another and helps schools recognize those who do not belong in the campus.
In tertiary school or in college, however, there is diversity in Universities on the issue of having a school uniform. There are those schools which require the use of school uniforms while there are also a handful of schools which do not. Often, universities don’t require their students to wear school uniform; rather they give their students the freedom of wearing whatever they please which contribute to their individuality.
