Chief content officer – Tackling the issues faced

As my firm owns database Design Company, a financial services company, a medical transcription service, and an archery range & training center and I’m being assigned with the task of managing all the contents under my firm, I would split my task into different subtasks as shown below.

1. Analyzing the content requirement,

2. Purchasing and storing the contents,

3. Disposal of various acquired contents to the corresponding companies under my firm,

4. Content Statistics &

5. Presenting the information to the Stakeholders.

Analyzing the content requirement:

Each and every company under my firm will have various requirements with respect to the end product or service rendered to the customers. The Database design company under my firm would require lot of programmers and designers as workforce while the medical transcription service division would require a decent worker with basic communication and computer skills. The Archery range would require maintenance workers and teaching staffs as workforce for operation. Apart from that the Database design division will require a considerable amount of Programming softwares along with a compatible PC or Laptops for the programmers. Medical transcription service unit requires a well-established quality communication links for ease of communication with our workforce and the end medical industry. The Archery range would require equipment such as bow and arrow and a target device.

Purchase and storage of contents:

I will determine the best possible way to purchase the above mentioned contents with least cost and high quality parameters. I will establish a central storage facility for storing those purchased contents.

Disposal of the purchased contents to the corresponding units:
