This is a report concerning an opportunity to upgrade the organization’s computers from Windows 7 to Windows 8. The proposal for this critical upgrade was submitted on February10, 2013. The report highlighted the advantages that would be gained if the upgrade is carried out, should it get your esteemed approval.

The report covers the investigation that was carried out in the organization to determine the cost and advantages for the proposal. Solutions to initial resistance and other problems that will arise are dealt with.

I wish to thank the General Manager and the organization for cooperating with us fully in the preparation of the proposal and the kind reception and attention the report has received.
