My Big Idea

Bill Gates once said, “The Internet is becoming the town square for the global village of tomorrow” (Nisbet, 2007). The invention of the World Wide Web and search engines has become a method in which the users can obtain information faster. In the military, service members often move; and when this happens many prize possessions become lost. We need a website that will cater to millions of service members who will lose something when they relocate. This website is where they can look for lost possessions after they relocate. We often find that when searching the internet for lost possessions the results can be revealed in seconds when using Search Engine Optimization (SEO). This website will cater to the needs of the service members to provide better search results. This website will assists service members with finding lost property, because a lot of our lost possessions have a sentimental value, and we feel that the service members would be extremely grateful to have place in which they can search for lost possession. 

Google is a part of everyone who uses a computer daily. Google has a profound effect if one is uncertain a recipe or looking up a word. Google has taken the place of using a dictionary. One can quickly look up a word with its definition in a matter of seconds. The less people that look up a specific interest on google, the better it pops up in the search engine. If more people look for a specific interest, with different phrases, the less you’ll find exactly what you are looking for. In order to make a website pro-active in the google search engine, someone must type the exact keyword of the website in the search engine. If the website is newly launched, it must be careful that the url isn’t extremely long because google might flag it as a bogus site.
