CHAPTER III
METHODOLOGY AND DATA GATHERING
This chapter describes in detail the research approach of the study. Further discussion includes the methods of research,data gathering procedure and the project estimation.
A. Methods of Research
The descriptive method of research was used for this study. It focuses on present conditions of the study and its purpose is to find the truth. The research starts with the data gathering through conducting an interview with the help of people who are connected with the establishment and surveys after which the statements were analyzed and examined methodically. The researchers also made an actual observation at the venue of the study to relate the data gathered to the problem.
Locale of the Study
San Jose del Monte Savings amd Credit Cooperative is strategically located in a fast growing community of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan. Specifically, the organization’s adress is San Pedro St. Poblacion, City of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan and it is surrounded by different businesses and establishments.

Data Gathering Instrument
Researchers use instruments or tools for gathering data in a research as a basis for drawing conclusions or making influences. Some of these tools are questionnaires and, interviews were used by the researchers as they conduct the proposed of the study.
Interview
The personal interview by the researchers was conducted in the main office of San Jose del Monte Savings and Credit Cooperative located in San Pedro Street, Brgy. Poblacion , City of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan. This is where data gathering occurs by asking some questions to the Administrative Officer to gather information about the study.
B. Data Gathering Procedure
The researchers wrote a letter to the Chief Executive Officer of San Jose del Monte Savings and Credit Cooperative to seek permission to gather data from the employees and staff of the cooperative. The researchers personally went to the venue of the...
