Apple Inc. is the world’s largest, American multinational company, that designs and produce world greatest technological devices like MacBook, iMac, iPhone, iPad and iPod, Apple also produces world’s leading commercial servers, OSX and software like iLife and iWork which includes most popular and very efficient iPhoto, iMovie, iBook, Pages, Keynotes and Numbers. Apple always tries to stay different from its competitors by coming up with different products that are easy to use for its customer.

In my opinion, Apple had success due to its always innovative and creative thinking, secrecy and its good marketing and releasing efforts. Also, Apple has been able to keep its audience always excited about their new products and new releases and most of the time Apple has met the expectations.

Apple’s produced so many products, which made their lists to the worst and Apples failure. In my opinion, Apple’s failures were the result of Steve Jobs wanting to amaze the world with its innovative products and thus those products were really amazing. To name a few, Apple III, Apple Lisa, Apple Newton, Pippin, the gaming system, USB mouse, Power Mac G4 Cube and iPod Hi-Fi, are Apple’s failed products mainly because of its over rated price tags. Power Mac G4 Cube was highly priced and that came even without a monitor, is the reason it being failed.

Any company’s culture is simply actions of the people attached with each other who are related to any companies. Culture includes company’s norms, values, beliefs and its vision. The key motivator at Apple is it leadership, ego, and passion about the product and the customer. Apple cares more about the design of products than any other firm in the market. It understands what consumers want, it knows how to meet those desires, and it sets out to beat all expectations. It is not always easy, but Apple seems to get...
