After reading the scenario about Sandwich Blitz Inc., I noticed their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and treats better known as SWOT. Sandwich Blitz Inc., strengths are that they have a strong growing business. They have been very successful in the products that they offer. They are keeping competitors from buying them out. They also have a positive attitude. You have to keep a positive attitude to maintain and keep a successful business.

Sandwich Blitz Inc., weaknesses are that they do not have enough money to expand. You have to be financially stabled and have money put to the side. Always have back up money just in case something goes wrong. So before they expand they have to look at what this is going to cost them and make sure they have the fund to do so, especially if it’s going to be a big expansion. They lack communication, that can create a huge problem for the business and they do not need any set backs if they are thinking about expanding.

Sandwich Blitz Inc., opportunities are that they can bring in more money by expanding, happier customers, and more locations. They can advertise their franchise on social sites and all over the internet. They can use any popular social website to advertise Sandwich Blitz Inc. They can make Sandwich Blitz a global franchise and accumulate even more customers all around the world. They can beat out their competition before they even get a chance to expand.

Now for Sandwich Blitz Inc., threats, they probably don’t have enough employees to expand. Or the employees that they do have might not be qualified for the certain jobs they need them for. They also have to worry about investing their money into expanding and the expansion failing. Sandwich Blitz Inc. is on the right track I believe. If they use the planning process then everything will fall into place and they will be very successful.
