INTRODUCTION

In this 21st century where the world is already invaded with technology, being innovative is highly important to people due to the complexity of our so called technology driven world. We always find ways in order to make our daily life easier and more comfortable. As our world being modernized, people get connected through the use of a vast array of social media and communication technologies as part of their everyday lives and practices.

Social media refers to the means of interactions among people in which they create share, exchange and comment contents among themselves in virtual communities and networks. Kaplan and Haenlein (2012) define social media as "a group of Internet-based applications that build on the ideological and technological foundations of Web 2.0, and that allow the creation and exchange of user-generated content. Furthermore, social media employ mobile and web-based technologies to create highly interactive platforms via which individuals and communities share, co-create, discuss, and modify user-generated content. It introduces substantial and pervasive changes to communication between organizations, communities and individuals. Social Media is the future of communication; a countless array of internet based tools and platforms that increase and enhance the sharing of information and has relevance not only for regular internet users, but business as well. Social media differentiates from traditional or industrial media in many aspects such as quality, reach, frequency, usability, immediacy and permanence. Emerging studies find that teenagers are among the most prolific users of social media and they spend a considerable portion of their daily life interacting through it.
