Our company produces widgets for a long time and it has important role in the market. Unfortunately in the recent years exists some problems concerned with defects and delays delivery of goods to the customers. And the level of high job satisfaction , employee turnover, productivity , quality decreased. Because of becoming workers is demotivated so looking at the current situation of the organization , using the appropriate motivating plan will help to avoid such kind of problems. For eliminating demotivates of staff.
Connecting Reward strategy with Business strategy
Researches shows that more high profitable companies use this strategy. In this case feedbacks which are usually taken from the customers regarding the timeliness and quality of the service they have received from the employees will evaluate the job of workers. And after this different bonuses and extra pay will be given to the staff. Workers get more satisfaction from the job when they earn enough money for satisfying their social needs. .
Connecting Employee needs and Reward Design
While other workers cannot be motivated monetary factors and they need other stimulation. Employers should understand the needs and expectations of the staff. And managers should create the friendly environment and in this ways to identify the stimulations for the staff by being in good relationship.

Increasing the salary than the competitors by decreasing other expenditures in the production or adding working hours.

Should include medical, dental/vision, long-term and short-term insurance as well as the industry standards of paid sick leave, vacation and holidays. Should be offered a defined benefit pension plan, with five years of vesting requirements, in order to reward the employees who showed long term commitment to the company.
