EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

This assignment is written to explore the skills required to enforce change in professional environment and personal relationship. During exploration we also found strategic moves taken by organizations, soft skills used to enforce change and how they practice power to bring change in order to get monetary benefits i.e. increased income, Assets, Reduced cost and reduced accidents etc. In order to find out the above said Skills used by organizations we divided our assignment into three segments in first segment we took Two Case studies from Financial Institutions One from Middle east Named Emirates Bank International merger with National Bank of Dubai whose Author is Dr. BeenaSalim (Skyline University College, Sharjah, U.A.E) that was Published in: Int.
