Essay Response Letter

Dear Anonymous,

Writing this essay has been an interesting process for me. It has helped me progress in my writing skills and allowed me to accept productive criticism.

The introduction is the most difficult part. I want to make a great introduction that catches the attention of all readers of my essay. In my introduction I want my readers to learn that my gifts can be used as things I really need as well as for my own enjoyable purpose. I want them to understand that people may obtain certain things that can be used to become successful in life or their career, and I am one of them. To start of my essay I included my talents and abilities within the introduction. To improve the introduction, I feel that I need to add a couple more sentences on why the essay was written. However, I can’t seem to find anything to say. I also think the last sentence needs to connect with the first sentence of the body paragraph to keep the reader’s attention.

The organization of the first half of my essay is based on the introduction. In my introduction, I end by stating that I want to share with the reader why my gifts are important and how they affect the lives of others, so the organization of my essay should start off explaining my gifts. I will state each gift one by one ending with supporting details or real life situations about one another. I want the reader to understand each gift and its importance to the essay.

The next part of my essay will start off explaining the things I really need and be backed up by supporting details and examples. To keep both parts of the essay flowing together I will only list the same amount of things I really need as I listed the gifts. To clear up the difference between the gifts and things I really need, I will give details on how they affect my future career.

My last body paragraph will lean towards a conclusion without yet ending the essay. I will explain how we are continuing to writing our life story as we go through each day and...
