I am actually enjoy researching my career. According to my field in business, research can give us a carefully drawn picture of institutions and practices, general in that it applies to all activities of a certain kind of particular society or social setting. If I make a research, I will firstly collect informations about my subject in many ways like Individual interviews by hearing what can be said about my subject by persons of every variety of opinion, direct observation , and read in any collective data relating in my subject. Then, analyzing the data gathered in this field. Finally, assessing my findings and choosing a suitable information to my research.
