Abstract
This report describes critically review, management approach, style and track records of “Unilever” against suitable future challenges presented by the contextual business environment and propose a future scenario. Also, to identify progress made towards the anticipated development or growth with documents of previous years, it will analyse Unilever’s competence to manage “Environmental Issues, Social change and technology”.
Introduction
Unilever is from leading suppliers for consumer goods in the world.Consumers buy 170 billion Unilever products around the world each year. Unilever most loved brands consisted of Knorr, Hellmann’s, PG Tips, Lipton, Dove, Vaseline,Persil, Cif, Flora and Marmite. Unilever have around 167,000 employees in over 100 countries. Unilever formed markets and spread its goods that people have them to feed their families and keep themselves and their homes clean and fresh. Unilever purpose is to help people in their daily lives. So it keep developing new products through more efficient ways of working.
Concentrating on performance and output, Unilever boost its people to grow new ideas and put fresh approaches into practice. Hand in hand with this is a strong sense of responsibility to the societies where Unilever serve.
