CATALOGUE DESCRIPTIONThis course focusus on International Trade Law. It covers the legal rules and regulations which international trade transactions are subject to. Within this framework commercial and international banking transactions, legal conflicts arising from these transactions and applicable law for solution of conflicts constitute the main topics of the course. |

AIMS & OBJECTIVESThe main aim of the course is to teach students the basic principles of international trade law and familiarize them with both the legal conflicts and their solutions that may arise in international trade |
