BUSINESS BACKGROUND

* We are running a partnership business.

* The name of our company for this business is Imtiyaz Corporation. The reason why we choose this name is because each and every member of the group agreed on the name given. At first, we decided that One Nation would be the name of the company but we changed our minds and decided to give Imtiyaz Corporation as the company’s name as it would be more suitable to run the business. The name of the company was suggested by one of the group members during the first meeting.

* Each of the members had agreed to contribute RM50.00 as the capital.
