Kudler Fine Foods understands the value in having an accurate and strong accounting system and wants to ensure the company can capitalize with today’s new technology and features. Having access to a large amount of financial data the company and management can then make wiser decisions about money and its people. We believe we have a great business with great management and want to present you with our updated accounting systems. The company has broken down the systems into three modules and outlines the security efforts (Armstrong, 2011).

Some key features with this plan include updated core technology modules such as the Accounts payable module, and General Ledger Module. Benefits of these new systems include department integration, easier inventory tracking methods with reporting in detail of items, cost, and time. Also the company works in assistance with the banks to help ensure security of funds and accuracy of cash flow analysis.

Our first module that will add significant value is the General Ledger. With this technology the company can access and identify detailed transactions from not only each store, but each department in each store all the way down to the particular product.

The company can set up automatic tracking of the items that left the store and can automatically put in an order for delivery. Introducing the General Ledger Module to Kudler Foods allows the company to keep record on documents like a Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow records. This will help break down and track finances as well.
