ABSTRACT

The hospitality industry includes several categories within service industry. These include lodging, cruise lines, transportation, restaurants and tourism industry. The hospitality industry is a multibillion investment in the world and its availability depends on the availability of disposable income and leisure time.

Indonesia is a great tourist destination as well as commercial hub. This makes it a most lucrative nation for a hotel business. The cultural-regional diversity and abundance of natural as well as man-made resources along with cities, towns, and hill stations well connected with transportation attracts multinational visitors from across the globe, providing opportunities for new hotels throughout Indonesia.

The hospitality industry must exist in every country. The companies or firms within the industry should be excellent to meet the different needs of customers from the different countries. There is need to direct the quality and nature of the services offered in the industry to address the needs of the customers. Since the industry benefits many countries, governments should also support the industries to maximize its productivity

Because of this conditions, many people and company build many types of hotel , and now many of them opened unique hotel that can attract local and International tourist for visiting to Indonesia and of course it will gaining Indonesia foreign exchanged.
