Leadership is an elusive quality because it is requires going against what is perceived as

Acceptable in the professional world. Leaders accept the following conditions:

1. They are willing to be vulnerable.

2. They are a servant to even the most entry level employee.

3. They look for criticism and expect challenges.

Leadership is an attitude adjustment that requires its owners to risk more of themselves than others think its wise. Leaders put others and the greater good
