Introduction

Managing quality might be slightly of a challenging business. While the quality management notion have already stated that quality cost is the cost that is made from preventing or fitting inferior quality in the production process, in its place the cost required to surge quality of the products, there are still quite many people who notice quality management as spare work for them. The fact is pretty opposite; quality management is the action to prevent spare work from becoming essential.

Having the viewpoint that quality management is an extra work, workers and managers can be hesitant in responding to quality management initiatives, which could give the manager of the quality assurance department quite a problem. In this paper, I am noticing a case study to classify present quality problems and fix all the reasons that contributes to the quality problems. At last there will be short a recommendations on how to deal with the quality assurance problems.

Problem definition

Although they have recently employed Hank Fixer to supervise their quality program, which is a change in the exact direction, but still there is lack of evident senior management support for superiority. The major problem is management.

The vital problem tells a number of warning signs such as setting schedule and market share above quality and safety. It also shows up as a poor attitude about quality. Quality is viewed as an add on, inspected in, and is an impedance to doing their job. Proper training is not viewed as a prerequisite to start a job which leads to unqualified people performing processes.
