Management Control System of Vodafone

Reflection paper

The problems in my first writing are:

➢ Didn’t follow the IDEALS framework

➢ Copy some initial material from Web sources rather than my own work.

➢ Essay is too long

➢ The ideals about MCSs is not enough deep and

➢ Reference list is incomplete

So, I have been modified and rewrote some parts.

➢ Firstly, I have been changed the framework follow the IDALS framework,

Identify the problem and uncertainties; obtain information, make prediction about future, make decision by choosing among alternatives, implement the decision evaluate performance and learn

➢ Secondly, I re-identified the management control problem and rewrote the some parts in order to fit with those changes

➢ Thirdly, I re-originated my essay structure and cut some unnecessary parts. Such as appendices, and then the necessary information in the appendices has been melt in the parts of essay.

➢ Fourthly, I talk the problem more deeply; such as I suggest the company changing the strategy after analyzed the current situation. And put the advantages and disadvantage for this changing. Lastly I add new parts in my essay, such as personal control and modified the part of result control and culture, put the advantages and disadvantages for each of them.

➢ Lastly, I completed the reference list, the new source that I used have been added in the reference list.

This is my first semester and first time study management course, this course is really abstract, difficult to touch. But, however I know the way of critical thinking, and how to write essay. This is my revision paper, the rewrote part have been marked use red color.
