This is an exercise which requires the writer to evaluate how theories of Leadership have developed, and, in doing so, the writer is also required to judge their relevance for leadership today. This papers aims to provide a reflective analysis of the leadership evidenced from task one, tying in appropriate theory and anecdotal reflective evidence.
Brief overview
The class was divided into a number of pre-designed groups, based on their individual team-role characteristics. The individual team-role characteristics were identified – following an assessment which was undertaken previously by the mentioned 4 groups- in line with Belbin’s team role testing and scientific findings.
